2026 Year 9 Assessment Schedule
Outline of the number and types of assessment tasks, their components, weightings, and scheduling for each subject.
The dates of these tasks can also be accessed via the school calendar (Year 9 tab) on the Sentral Student and Parent Portal
NAPLAN
Reading, writing, language conventions (spelling, punctuation and grammar) and numeracy tests for students in Year 9. The Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) holds the tests each year. Results and student reports are released in August.
