Sports
Students at The Forest High School enjoy an extensive sports program participating in Combined High School (CHS) and grade competitions, knockout competitions and a number of other competitions in addition to representing the school at Zone, Regional and State Carnivals in Athletics, Swimming and Cross Country.
All students are given the opportunity to participate in sport through Years 7 to 12.
Students not only participate in sport but they are also given opportunities to act as officials, mentors and sport organisers. School carnivals are well-attended and supported with all three carnivals (Swimming, Cross Country and Athletics) continuing to be outstanding days on the school calendar.
The Forest Sports Academy is offered to students enrolled at The Forest High School who are identified as being either gifted or demonstrate high potential in either an individual or team sport.
