It was a chilly 6am start for the Dawn Anzac service at Oxford Falls Peace Park on Sunday 25 April where Captain Amelia and Vice Captain Sam gave a moving address to those assembled to reflect on what Anzac means. Long time supporter of the The Forest High School, Mrs Julie Sutton, and our Principal Ms Rosemary McDowall were also in attendance.
Later in the morning our Captain Will and Vice Captain Genevieve joined in honouring those who have served for Australia at The Northern Beaches Hospital for their Anzac service. They each gave a recitation of two poignant poems about the loss and heartbreak of war.
