Year 12 Food Technology cook up a storm

Year 12 Food Technology students are currently studying the Australian food industry sectors, which include agriculture and fisheries, food processing/manufacturing, food service and catering, and food retail. This term, students have had the opportunity to plan, prepare and serve a range of food items suitable for catering purposes. They have enjoyed the experience and are keen to develop their skills in this area further.
