It is our pleasure to announce that the new Principal for The Forest High School has been selected following a merit selection process.
Mr Nathan Lawler has been appointed as the new Principal for the school and will commence in the position at the beginning of Term 2 Monday 24 April 2023, pending a 10 day appeal process.
Mr Lawler brings to the school significant experience, most recently as the Deputy Principal of St Ives High School, including an extensive period of time as Relieving Principal at The Forest High School. The Forest High School community will benefit greatly from Nathan's deep curriculum and wellbeing knowledge, his educational leadership and vision, his capacity to develop staff and his interpersonal skills in establishing productive partnerships with parents and the broader school community.
Mr Lawler is greatly looking forward to working in partnership with the staff, parents and community to ensure that The Forest High School continues to provide excellent educational opportunities for all students.
